The annual HCES Carnival will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 10am to 4pm in the Hunter courtyard and on 95th street (btw. Madison and Park Ave.)
Please join us for games, gaga, a book sale, and inflatable rides. Back this year is the infamous dunk tank!
- Be sure to volunteer for your class booth via your class Carnival rep, and click here to volunteer for general sign up. We’ve created 2-hour shifts for: set-up; food cart; merchandise sales; ticket sales; used book sales; and breakdown. Please sign up for one or more — it’s fun, and we can’t do it without you!
- Please bring in gently used or new books for all age readers for the Book Sale, which is held during the carnival. Other items, such as puzzles, complete board games, and small toys may also be accepted if they are in good condition. You can drop them off in designated boxes that will be placed in the HCES mini-gym.
- On a related note, if you have any connections to a book publisher, we encourage you to reach out to them for donations. Remind them that this is a PTA-sponsored event, and we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so all donations are tax-deductible.
If you need to purchase tickets in advance or have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com .
